Abrielle has extensive experience supporting children, youth, adults, and their families, who are struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, loss, trauma, transitions and mental health symptoms that impacting daily function. She draws on her knowledge and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Circle of Security, and Play and Art therapy interventions.

Over 15 years Abrielle had the honour of collaborating with families to help facilitate a deeper understanding. This includes celebrating the diversity & uniqueness of each individual, their family & their story. Abrielle is committed to being an ally & establishing a foundation of trust with families to nurture long term healing, growth & improved functioning.

Abrielle holds her Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary, specializing in Infant, Early Childhood, School-aged and Adolescent Mental Health. She is proud to be a Registered Social Worker with the ACSW. In both her professional life and her family life, Abrielle finds joy in being creative, playful, curious, and getting outdoors.
